The main purpose of the HSA is to work together to support the Religious,
Academic, and Athletic programs offered at the school. We take the lead, helping to coordinate volunteers and/or fund-raising necessary to conduct such programs and events such as:
• Back to School Supply Kits
• Jr. High Activities
• Art Fair
• Ice Cream Social
• Battle of the Books
• Teacher/Staff Year-end Lunch
• Year-end Picnic
• Spelling Bee
• Catholic Schools Week Activities
• Grandparents/Family Day
• Fun, educational and inspirational School Assemblies
Some of the fund-raisers we have hosted and/or support include:
• Fast Food Benefit Nights
• RUN-A-THON
• Used Uniform Sales
• Fall and Spring Book Fair
How we do all these things and more, is through the support of parent volunteers. We have an Officer Board that helps to lead these efforts. Officially, all parents of students enrolled at Sacred Heart School are members of the HSA. Therefore, everyone is encouraged to help out and/or participate in any way you can. Whether you are great at planning events, or perhaps have some fun, creative ideas and/or talents we can leverage, or even if you are just open to helping move or shuffle chairs around, your active participation is key to ensuring the continued success of these programs. We have been very fortunate at Sacred Heart School to have a long tradition of great support from our Parent volunteers – a tradition we hope will continue for many years to come.
On behalf of the HSA Officer Board, we thank you in advance for your contributions to an outstanding 2021-2022! For questions, or request to volunteer, please contact any HSA Officer Board Member.
